Jenny Blanc Interiors is one of the most inspirational and highly respected interior design resources of its kind.
Jenny Blanc’s natural flair for interiors was first acknowledged at the opening of the now world famous country house hotel, Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons which she designed in 1984 with her husband Raymond Blanc. In the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside, Jenny created the perfect sanctuary where guests would feel cosseted by beautifully furnished rooms and luxurious touches. The choice of decoration, fabrics, furnishings and design details showed how Jenny could transform a dilapidated period property into a stunning hotel.
With this success to her name, Jenny went on to create Maison Blanc, the quintessential French boulangerie which still remains true to her vision, retaining its original reputation for quality and taste.
Twelve years ago, Jenny joined forces with Chrissie Cocks whose previous career was in television, and together they opened one of the first lifestyle stores. The unique showroom in Teddington, incorporating a well-respected design business, now draws clients from all over the capital and beyond.
Jenny's philosophy is to design homes her clients love to live in. The client's ideas and budget are her starting points, but it is her knowledge of sourcing the most suitable fabric, furniture and accessories that makes each commission a success. Her experience of dealing with every aspect of architectural design has led her to complete a diverse range of properties including period country houses, city apartments and corporate projects. Commissions in Barbados and Spain have given Jenny considerable knowledge of working with different climates. Her work has been recognised with two accolades from the International Property Awards - a five-star Best Interior Design Caribbean, and the coveted World's Best International Interior Design.
